This committee is in collaboration with the PYLUSD.

Purpose
Foster and strengthen partnerships between local businesses, Local schools and the community

Objective
Utilize committee resources for scholarships and to provide educational opportunities which will benefit our schools businesses and the community at large

Projects/Goals

Projects:

• Principal for a Day – Wednesday, March 20th, 2019
• Student Scholarship Awards – May (At the High Schools)
• Recycle ink cartridges
• Host Quarterly E-Waste Events
• Work Based Learning Experiences 

Goals:

• Create opportunities for the business and academic communities to come together and learn from each other
• Raise funds and provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors from the PYLUSD
• Advertise and market these programs more effectively
