LISTING AND MARKETING COORDINATOR
 
We are looking for a new team member that will help the team achieve desired outcomes in real estate. This person should see themselves as skilled and tech-savvy and one who enjoys a fast-paced environment.  You would be supporting a team of agents, three are principals in the company.
The attributes we desire is an organized person who can maintain files, our database of clients and prospects and our team calendar and schedules.  Primary role will be overseeing the listing process and marketing opportunities.  Creativity is a quality that is important and expresses itself in writing and verbal communications.  An ability to work within established systems while suggesting changes that might improve those systems is a plus.
Attitude is the decider in our business and is observed in the day-to-day performance that is defined by competence, commitment, and integrity.  It is displayed when your strengths are best utilized in a supportive role and value the importance of a strong team.  Being open to change and ability to learn quickly and effectively is a must.
The best person may have a background in real estate or even be a licensed agent. The job will be in-person, and onsite to best accomplish success and be the most effective as a team member.  If this describes you, then please contact us for an interview.
