The City of Anaheim Community and Economic Development department seeks a detail-oriented and customer service-driven Workforce Center Assistant to support the Workforce Development division. Under general supervision, the Workforce Center Assistant provides case management and/or job development assistance to support customers in obtaining employment and developing career goals for the City's Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs, including youth, adult and dislocated worker programs.
Qualified candidates must possess journey level experience in employment and training programs to include evaluating individual employment plans, job development and/or case management. Bilingual proficiency (read/speak/write) in English and Spanish or Vietnamese is highly desired.
