Job Summary
As a Telemarketer at Farmers Insurance, participants will gain hands-on experience in professional communication, customer engagement, and appointment setting. Essential Job Duties
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists.
Set appointments for licensed insurance agents.
Answer basic questions and provide general information about available services.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, notes, and follow-ups.
Follow call scripts and meet daily or weekly outreach goals.
Support general front-office communication and coordination.
Requirements/Qualifications
18 and over preferred (not required).
Clean background check required.
Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
Willingness to learn and follow structured scripts and workflows.
Work Experience Skills Developed
Professional phone communication and etiquette.
Active listening and customer engagement.
